When you send a project enquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, service selection and project information you enter. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people that is not needed for your enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your project, prepare proposals and manage agreed work. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages. We may also use information to maintain website security, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

Enquiry field contents such as your name, email, phone number and message are not included in the website conversion events we configure.

Information may be processed outside the UAE where our service providers operate.

We retain information as needed for the enquiry or project, business records, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
